Greater Manchester Keep Our NHS Public will be supporting strikes by the Royal College of Nurses and UNISON this week.
On Tuesday 17th UNISON members are on strike at the offices of NICE ( National Institute for Health and Care Excellence). There will be a picket all day at City Towers, Piccadilly Plaza in Manchester where the office of NICE is based. Members of GMKONP are planning to be there in support. Please join us if you can.
On Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th, the RNC are striking at The Christie, Tameside and Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh hospitals. Picketing is taking place and again members off GMKONP are going along to support. The pickets will be there from approx. 7am to 7pm.
Members of the public are welcome to support the strike and the fight to save our NHS. Please come along if you can.
