The Health and Care Bill has now passed through parliament.
The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership appears to be running some form of consultation about their Integrated Care Partnership (System).
It is clearly designed to get the responses they want, so that they can claim that the GM population supports what they are doing. The only way to challenge what and how they are turning GM into an ICS is to say that you have ‘concerns’ about the proposals.
